- Overseeing all projects. Managing and liaising with various Project Managers to make sure project delivered within costs, quality and time.
- Guiding Project Managers and Department heads in strategic decision-making, offering leadership and guidance, and nurturing their leadership abilities to attain operational goals and objectives.
- Overseeing essential performance metrics and operational indicators, analyzing data to pinpoint areas needing enhancement, and implementing strategies to boost performance.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors with project managers to resolve complex issues.
- Manage profits and losses for the company.
- Participate in management meetings to provide updates on project advancement and ensure the Board remains informed about any significant concerns
