Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes
- Prepare all emloyment-related documents, e.g.employment contact, letter etc
- On-boarding / Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation
- Prepare and maintain employee files, ensuring all necessary documents are accurately completed and filed.
- Design, formulate and manage staff appraisal system
- Assist in conducting exit interviews and processing paperwork for departing employees.
- Organize corporate events
- Review and update HR Policies
- Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NSmen claims and statutory claims
- Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21
- Handle full cycle of payroll
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
