Working Location: Westgate Tower
Working days: 5.5 days, Alternate half Saturday
Basic: $2000 to $2700 (depends on experience)

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Administration and Customer Service
Roles & Responsibilities
- Stationed in BMC (Building Management Centre), a Centre which fronts as a point-of-contact for receiving queries/feedback from members of public and staff members in person / phone call or email.
- Attend to all queries made via phone call, email, or walk-in.
- Follow up with respective officer in charge.
- Manning fault reporting system for the purpose of logging-in feedback/requests received from members of public / staff members accurately.
- Track and ensure fault closure within contractual downtime in the system
- Keep track all keys movement drawn out by contractor and ensure it will be returned on the same day.
- Assist to collate and tabulate data for Monthly Management Report.
- Assist in complimentary parking co-ordination.
- Keep track of pantry and stationery inventory stock.
- Compile all work activities, event set up request on weekly basis and update client.
- Collate all information and Prepare presentation slides for monthly meeting
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
