Location: The Heeren, Orchard
Job Descriptions:
Assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the finance department.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and payments in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices for customers and clients.
- Process and verify invoices and payment requests.
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Update and maintain vendor files and account ledgers.
- Follow up on overdue payments and address payment discrepancies.
- Data Entry And Documentation
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
