Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Focus on the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction for new hires into the company.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with local employment laws and regulations.
- Handle recruitment-related paperwork and maintain organized records of all hiring activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
- Assist with offboarding processes as needed, ensuring a professional and respectful transition for departing employees.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Strong understanding of onboarding processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with employment paperwork and local laws regarding hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members at all levels.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience with offboarding procedures.
