Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Focus on the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction for new hires into the company.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle recruitment-related paperwork and maintain organized records of all hiring activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
  • Assist with offboarding processes as needed, ensuring a professional and respectful transition for departing employees.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with employment paperwork and local laws regarding hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members at all levels.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with offboarding procedures.
