Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare First Article Submission
- Prepare Certificate of conformance
- Prepare work flow and work aids
- Handle customer compliant
- Investigate and analyse root quality issue to raise NCMR /CAR according to procedures
- Conduct analysis and reporting of quality performance by monitoring supplier effectiveness
- Maintain Quality Management System; lead and participate in audits
- Maintenance of test equipment
- Train QA inspector
- Track QA performance
- Assign work to QA inspector
- Ensure integrity of outgoing goods thru quality inspection and coordination with the sales and delivery team
- Supports the Operations Director to initiate actions to streamline processes and prevent nonconformity
- Identify areas of gaps and implement effective changes
Job Requirements and skills sets:
- Knowledge and preparation of PPAP, FMEA and CPK documents
- Preparation of drawing using auto cad
- Create supplier audit trail
- Communicate clearly and precisely to supplier kpi and expectations
- Communicate to supplier and customer to address quality issue with good customer service practices
- Analytical skills to review processes of what work and doesn’t
- Implement processes for effective work flow
- Administrative skills to document work process, drawings, inspection report
- *bonus skill set to implement work flow processes in store management
