Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Perform site investigations, evaluate soil conditions, and assess environmental factors to inform project designs and construction methods.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes governing construction projects, obtaining necessary permits and approvals as required.
- Supervise construction activities, monitor progress, and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the construction phase to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
- Implement quality assurance and control measures to maintain high standards of construction workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Identify potential risks and hazards associated with construction projects, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement safety protocols to minimize accidents and ensure worker safety.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities, resolve conflicts, and facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or construction.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
