Overall job objectives
- Responsible in supporting and assist the laboratory in the various areas of customer service and coordination with all related parties to meet customers expectation and needs
Core responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries received via telephone and email, deliver customer satisfaction through excellent service quality.
- Communicate with laboratory staff on sample handling and test requirements. Assist in input customer and testing information into Test Report.
- Received test samples from customers and mark in samples on time to meet customer expected testing turn time.
- Deal with all instructions, queries and service requests promptly, accurately and within company specified time frames.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by Operation Manager
