Overall job objectives

  • Responsible in supporting and assist the laboratory in the various areas of customer service and coordination with all related parties to meet customers expectation and needs

Core responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries received via telephone and email, deliver customer satisfaction through excellent service quality.
  • Communicate with laboratory staff on sample handling and test requirements. Assist in input customer and testing information into Test Report.
  • Received test samples from customers and mark in samples on time to meet customer expected testing turn time.
  • Deal with all instructions, queries and service requests promptly, accurately and within company specified time frames.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by Operation Manager
