We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join an oil & gas MNC as an Assistant Manager, Finance. Responsibilities include financial management, transaction oversight and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full set of accounts
- Perform month end closing + prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Review daily financial operations done by team – invoicing, payments etc
- Trade finance – liaise with counterparties and banks on import and export LC matters, discounting matters
- Quarterly reviews and annual audit
- Prepare corporate tax data and liaise with tax agent
- Banking matters – prepare for annual reviews and respond to bank requests
- Prepare quarterly GST submission
- Accounts of 2 subsidiaries
Requirements:
- Degree in finance/accounting or related.
- Have more than 5 years of experience in finance, taxation, and accounting general ledger, and be proficient in completing consolidated statements
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP.
