Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake overall reception duties
- Manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Attend to guests and assist to serve beverages when required
- Replenish stationery in the meeting rooms and assist with setting-up Audio Visual equipment when required
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Assist with administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- Candidates who have previous experience as air steward/stewardess are preferred
- Minimally 1 year of relevant experience in a receptionist / front-desk role is required
- At least GCE ‘O’ level certificate or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English with good communication skills, being the first point of interaction with guests
