Job Scope:
• Reviewing valuation for variation works submitted by consultants and contractors
• Reviewing progress claims submitted by consultants and contractors
• Assisting in the finalisation of accounts
• Updating of contracts database
• Administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with IM requirements, and providing recommendations on construction and consultancy contracts
Requirements:
• Degree in Building/ Quantity Surveying
• At least 5 years of experience as a quantity surveyor
• Experience in cost estimation of multidisciplinary engineering / construction projects
• Possesses good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts for construction project
• Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to multi-task to meet tight deadlines.
Location: Havelock Square
Salary: $4500 - $5000/month
Duration: 1-year contract
Working Arrangement:
Mon to Thur : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
