Basic salary + Commission
- Acquisition of new customers and deeper penetration of existing customers: This involves actively seeking out and engaging with potential new customers, as well as strengthening relationships with current customers to increase sales.
- Working with the Sales Manager: Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to drive revenue generation for the company. This includes setting and meeting sales targets, as well as developing strategies to achieve them.
- Building rapport with customers: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. This involves regular communication and interaction to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Building solution-based partnerships: Developing partnerships with other businesses or suppliers to provide solutions that meet customer needs and contribute to business growth.
- Analyzing sales data: Reviewing sales data to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address any gaps. This also involves maintaining accurate records in the Sales System.
- Developing sales strategies: Creating and implementing strategies to acquire new customers, which may include identifying new markets or segments to target.
- Promoting products, applications, and technical solutions: Educating customers about the range of products and services offered by the company, as well as any technical solutions that may be relevant to their needs.
Requirements
