Job Description:
· Reporting to sales management and performing sales administrative and marketing duties.
· Generate necessary forms for all transactions – POs, DOs, Invoices, supporting documents.
· File and archive paperwork systematically
· Work closely with accounts department for payment processing
· Answer sales calls and understand customer’s requirement to provide quotation
· Provide sales quotes and follow up with customers
· Coordinate daily work schedule for operation team
· Scheduling appointments with Operations teams, maintaining events calendar, and sending reminders
· Ad hoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirement
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Must be able to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers
· Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
· Fast learner with strong sense of initiative & good communication skills
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision
