Job Description:
- Effective co-ordination and communication with project teams for work execution to achieve the operational excellence and company goals.
- Lead, motivate and drive his or her subordinates to complete the works within schedule, within budget and acceptable quality.
- Co-ordinate with Sales in Charge on the work scope and taking over the reins of awarded project.
- Work closely with QS for project budget preparation, subcontractor award and seek management approval.
- Advise in matters such as construction method, planning of different schedules and master procurement list etc.
- Engage client and project teams about project schedule/execution plan / method of construction / installation method.
- Work closely with supervisor or safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulations are complied.
- Provide an oversight to the material procurement status and logistic arrangement at site.
- Provide support to the project teams in driving the schedule and managing the disputes with subcontractor.
- To provide Tender/Sales support upon request.
- To provide architecture and engineering support if required.
- To lead the team to perform final account with client and consultant.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Project Management
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in landed housing or bungalow construction
- Candidate shall possess willingness to learn, positive and open-minded mindset
- Candidate shall be outcome oriented and take ownership of the duties assigned
