Tasks and Responsibilities
- Maintain ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
- Develop, implement, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
- Review and identify changes to existing procedures and processes for Best Practice
- Plan, lead, conduct internal quality audit and producing audit reports.
- Generate Internal Audit Report, and Follow-up/verify/closure of corrective action for all findings.
- Coordinate all departments in both third-party certification audit and customer audits.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide support during client audits, and oversee the closure of audit findings.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct QMS orientation for new employee(s) and provide ad-hoc quality training.
- Particate in internal measuring equipment calibration.
- Conduct ad-hoc subcontractor registration audit.
- Fulfil any additional responsibilities delegated by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and maintenance, preferable in maritime sector.
- Degree in Engineering (Marine/Mechanical or related field)
- Proficiency in conducting internal and subcontractor audits according to ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience in root cause analysis, corrective action processes, and various quality tools.
- Experience in data analysis and suggestion for improvement
- Demonstrated involvement in continuous improvement activities.
- Experience in creating procedures and work instructions.
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certificate
