Job responsibilities:
· Oversee the implementation of installation works and responsible for coordinating with Main & Sub-contractors to ensure timely completion and quality standards of project.
· Perform site inspection and ensure that the works are carried out based on the project specification and drawings.
· Assist project manager in planning and execution of project plans at site.
· Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation.
· Prepare method of statement, work procedures and handle correspondences and submission.
· Execute project plan and ensure works completed as per schedule and in accordance to contract specification and design drawing.
· Liaise with all parties involved in the project including local authorities, Clients, Main Contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
· Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule.
· Feedback to Project Manager on any issue encounter on site and proposed feasible solution.
· Be responsible for the maintenance of the systems installed.
· Any other adhoc duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
· At least 2-3 Years of working experience in construction industry.
· Good written and communication skills in English.
· Able to work independently with minimum supervise.
· Strong leadership skills and a team player.
· Knowledgeable of WSH is must.
· Self-initiative and positive thinker
· Knowledge about CAD will be an added advantage.
· Able to take up challenges.
· Able to multi-tasking on job and hands-on person.
