Job Summary:
The Adobe Campaign Manager maximizes the capabilities of Adobe Campaign Classic to guarantee the effective delivery of digital crucial for our client's business success. Playing as a proactive team member, the specialist oversees the translation of client marketing requests and coordinates the dissemination of this information to clients' customers or prospects through Email, SMS, Social, and Direct Mail channels. The Adobe Campaign Manager is expected to have proficiency in both marketing platform usage and technical knowledge of the system.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in collaboration with globally dispersed teams, including HQ Korea and the Asia Pacific Regional Team (SEAO and its subsidiaries), for campaign planning, analysis, advisory, and coordination of tasks related to campaign workflow development, proofing, and execution.
- Interface directly with client teams, addressing and overseeing client requests through in-person meetings, phone calls, and email communication.
- Customize and optimize the entire campaign management process, encompassing new campaign requirements, development testing, production execution, and quality control.
- Suggest innovative improvement concepts and assess the viability of fulfilling requests from local teams.
- Ensure adherence to contractual Service Level Agreements while planning, coordinating, and managing campaign tasks in collaboration with the database/technical team, and consistently communicate status updates.
- Demonstrate proficiency in independently completing Adobe campaign classic activities.
- Monitor and track campaign results, promptly resolving issues and escalating status updates to the relevant team.
- Document processes and provide training to team members for effective campaign orchestration duties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a relevant field.
- Ideal candidates should exhibit qualities such as intelligence, curiosity, dedication to the vision, passion, a positive and pleasant demeanour, a track record of achievement, team player mind-set, and a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic, encompassing workflow activities, delivery activities, technical workflows, and user and role administration.
- A fundamental understanding of programming logic is also necessary.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing changing workloads, and adept at working on multiple teams simultaneously.
- Strong verbal communication and comprehension skills are a must.
- Working location: Mapletree Business City, Pasir Panjang. Fully work in office.

- Digital Campaign Management tools: Adobe Campaign Classic V7 or higher
