Job Description:
As an Operation Admin Customer Service Associate in our inbound travel agency, your primary responsibilities include:
- Review travel itineraries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring they align with client preferences.
- Generate printed travel itineraries for clients and drivers, including essential trip details.
- Create and print driver banners with passenger information and pickup/drop-off details.
- Collaborate with partner organizations to share travel itineraries for client coordination.
- Coordinate with the BPO team to send itineraries and related documents for accurate transport billing.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Knowledge of travel industry basics is a plus.
