Job Description:


Performance Management and Awards

You will support logistics and administration for Performance Management and National Day Award (Public). This will include designing of emails for announcements, briefing logistics and collation of inputs for client.


Learning & Development

You will assist the team in processing data and generation of reports. You will also support the team in logistics and administration for the Learning and Development portfolio, which includes maintenance of databases and e-learning accounts, collation of inputs from divisions, as well as providing logistical support for induction programme.


Working Arrangement:

Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT Station

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 0830hrs- 1800hrs (8.5hours/day)

Friday: 0830hrs – 1730hrs (8hours)

Contract Duration: 3 Months (extendable)

Salary: Monthly Rated


Job Requirements:

  • Prior HR experience is useful.
  • Stakeholder (Internal and external) management.
  • Must be comfortable with software such as MS Office.
  • Diploma
