Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Tagore
Position Type: Part-Time (8 am to 12 pm)
Salary: SGD $1100 - $1200 per month (depending on experience)


Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tagore. At Little Jars, we value efficiency, collaboration, and excellence in everything we do. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our office operations during the morning hours. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a positive attitude.


Responsibilities:

  • Answering and Directing Calls: Handle incoming calls in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring effective call management.
  • Generating Daily Sales Invoices: Assist in generating daily sales invoices to support the sales team, contributing to smooth financial operations.
  • Assisting with Data Entry and Document Management: Support with data entry, filing, and organizing documents, ensuring records are well-maintained and easily accessible.
  • Providing General Administrative Support: Assist team members with various administrative tasks as needed, contributing to overall office efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven Administrative Experience: Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, showcasing your ability to handle various tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage tasks and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling you to manage tasks effectively within a limited time frame.
  • Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn: Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Singaporean Citizenship or Permanent Residency: Must be a Singaporean citizen or hold permanent residency status.
  • Minimum Education Qualification: GCE 'O' level or equivalent.
