Job Description
- Handle sales enquiries
- Prepare proposal and quotation based on customers' requirement and design
- Propose and present conceptual design to customer
- Project coordination and site supervision
- Work closely with subcontractor and supplier to ensure project completion on time
Requirements
- Positive attitude, sales driven and highly self-motivated
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects
- Able to handle customers' inquires during off work hours or weekends
- At least one year of relavant experience in interior design or a formal education in design
- Proven track record of handling projects from starts to finish, including sales, design and execution phases
- Preferred qualifications include:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, or other BIM software
- Experience in 3D modeling and rendering software, which will be considered a plus
- Strong skills in visualization and conceptualization
