- Ensure the overall cleanliness of work stations, kitchens and customers' areas (dining area)
- Ensure that floors are not wet or greasy
- Return washed utensils, glasses, crockeries and cutleries to the various stations / kitchens
- Team player
- Able to work 6 days a week, on weekends and public holidays (Off days are scheduled on weekdays)
