- Ensure the overall cleanliness of work station
- Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors
- Throw trash to the dumster area
- Assembling, maintaining and breaking down the dish machine
- Return washed utensils, glasses, crockeries and cutleries to the various stations / kitchens
- Must be able to work 6 days a week, on weekends and public holidays (Off days are scheduled on weekdays)
