Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day incoming and outgoing calls, parcels and emails.
- Assist in preparation of sales quotation, invoices, billings, payment response, Delivery order and documentation for sales and financing transactions
- Responsible for maintaining all internal meeting rooms to ensure rooms are clean & presentable.
- Receiving, informing and guiding visitors in a professional and warm manner.
- Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of office stationary supplies.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management when required.
- Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant front desk/office admin experience.
- Able to work independently, team player, reliable, flexible and proactive
- Pleasant, professional personal presentation and customer oriented
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office application

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm
