SpaceAge Labs is a Singaporean IoT company building hardware and software products. We are located in Toh Guan area and serve clients across the isalnd and focusing on Water and Landscaping industry.
We are looking out for a passionate colleague who can add strength to our team.
- Calling out for experienced (min.2-3 years) personnel in Site Installation & Technical Support with Electornics / Instrumentation knowledge. (ITE / Diploma / Engineers are welcome to apply).
- Singaporeans/Singapore PR are highly encouraged to apply.
- Job involves both on site and office technical assistance to our clients for installations, troubleshooting and integration to sensors.
- We will provide the required training on our product and platform.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, panel diagrams, sensor data sheets, connection diagrams, wiring termination is an added advantage.
- Computer knowledge with Basic Excel, Microsoft Word, Power point is required.
- Technical problem-solving and analysis with logical thinking and user perspective approach is required.
- You will engage with stakeholders regularly to review project results, improve quality, and satisfying project requirements.
- Ensure proper recording and filing of technical support related activities.
- Documentation of each project installation, lessons learnt and technical support document preparation will be required.
- Project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence shall be used for reporting and documentation purpose.
- Good interpersonal skill and communication is required especially to handle client calls and support them over phone.

- You may also be involved in Firmware QA testing of the products if required (for which training will be provided)
