We are currently seeking talented individuals who are passionate about events and project management to join our team at a renowned global marketing communication agency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, managing, and executing events, including conferences, virtual and live events, road shows, promotions, exhibitions, and summits.
- Supporting marketing and operations of exhibition spaces, including hall management and maintenance.
- Preparing compelling proposals and presentations, showcasing creative and innovative ideas.
- Actively participating in brainstorming sessions to generate client-aligned strategies.
- Proposing and implementing innovative approaches for event enhancement and success.
- Managing projects from start to finish, including client communication, planning, budgeting, timelines, supplier coordination, resource management, and digital integration.
- Overseeing event setup and production, ensuring efficient supplier and contractor management.
- Building and maintaining strong clinet relationships, contributing to business development.
- Compiling comprehensive post-event reports for evaluation, improvement, and future insights.
- Performing assigned ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years working experiences in event management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Proven experience working on variouprojects, such as exhibitions, seminars, product launches, promotions, live events, and conferences, demonstrating versatility.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in client communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience in proposal preparation and delivering effective presentations.
