Job Responsibilities:
- Involved in the preparation and mise-en-place of food production
- Regularly check for consistency in quality and standard of food
- Oversee the food ordering and ensure appealing food presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations & hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Implemented and maintained for optimal work performance and safety
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Assist in the daily inventory including recording of food wastage, ordering and receiving of stock
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Prepare orders according to the company recipe and ensures accuracy in portioning
Job Requirements:
- With or without experience are welcome as training will be provided
- Preferably certified in culinary skills
- Prior working experience in a kitchen role in similar field
- Knowledge of current trends in local (tzi char) and other cuisines
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a face-paced environment
- Maintaining of the personal grooming and hygiene standard
- Positive in attitude, cooperative, team player, and able to work with multi-tasking role
- Willing to work 6-days a week, and on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Salary will commensurate with experience
