Sales Engineer with a Technical flair and a commercial mindset

Do you have a commercial mindset oriented to results on value-based selling and solution selling (BTB)? Then, you may be the Regional Sales Engineer that we are looking for to strengthen our APAC sales team!
AGRAMKOW is highly focused on delivering high-end solutions and customer service.
You will be responsible for developing the market within the appliance industry, focused on the Cooling/Air-conditioning, Refrigeration and Heat Pumps applications.
Sales of Solutions and Services around the APAC region
With reference to the Managing Director of AGRAMKOW Asia Pacific PTE LTD, you will become responsible for identifying customers’ needs and converting them into business opportunities. You are able to translate and explain technical information of AGRAMKOW process and software solutions to customers. Furthermore, you will stay abreast of the latest developments and breakthroughs, and pass this vital knowledge on to others.
You will be responsible for Account Management within AGRAMKOW CRM system, you must identify the potential competitors and local demands in the APAC region. Your market knowledge will be fundamental to reach the sales target.
Your focused work on prospecting, where your commercial mindset with a technical flair is demanded, for selling AGRAMKOW process and software solution, and services, will lead you to success in terms of highly satisfied customers.
Technical skills and Experience
You have a relevant technical education, such as a Technical Engineer with an equivalent BSc in Engineering or similar. It is a demand that you have preferable 2-3 years’ experience in supporting sales activities in the region, preferably within HVAC, Refrigeration and/or Vacuum industry. You are professionally skilled, focused on value-based selling and solution selling – Business to Business (BTB).
You work systematically and structurally, in addition to having good knowledge on MS Office package and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
Proficient in written and spoken English is mandatory. Other languages such as Chinese will be an advantage.
