Job Description:
Sales & Business:
- Collaborate with the team to achieve QSC, Sales, People, and Profits objectives.
- Adhere to Han’s standards to boost sales and minimize costs.
- Use data to identify opportunities and threats, developing business plans.
- Plan recruitment and training to ensure productive staffing.
- Support superior in achieving store and area results.
Safety & QSC:
- Maintain high QSC, safety, and sanitization standards.
- Manage customer complaints and incidents professionally.
- Implement security procedures and ensure safe environments.
People Management:
- Demonstrate teamwork to deliver excellent standards.
- Manage staffing, provide operational decisions, and train staff.
- Enforce HR policies, safety procedures, and conduct performance appraisals.
- Implement individual development plans for teams.
Administrative:
- Oversee store tasks, sales deposits, stock ordering, and petty cash.
- Review store sales projections and schedules for optimal performance.
- Co-develop and execute action plans with the supervisor.
- Perform opening and closing shifts weekly.
Requirements:
- Nitec/Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management.
- Minimum 2 years of outlet managerial experience.
- Preferably experienced in Front & Back of House Operations.
