Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and modification research of key materials of next-generation new battery chemistry system (such as solid-state battery, lithium metal battery, non-negative battery, etc.) oriented to application, and solving various bottleneck problems of new battery chemistry system.
- According to project objectives and nodes, put forward feasible technical solutions, implement relevant experiments and output technical reports.
- Study the failure mechanism of the new battery chemistry system, conduct characterization analysis of the key materials and interfaces of the new battery, and improve the stability of the new battery chemistry system in practical application.
- Responsible for the design of new battery chemical system, optimization of battery preparation process, and trial production, testing and analysis of cell level.
- Track new technology trends in lithium metal field, conduct research, analysis and evaluation of forward-looking technologies subversive in the field, put forward innovative ideas and technical solutions, and write and apply for patents of relevant new technologies.
Job Requirements:
- PhD degree, major in chemistry, electrochemistry and materials, more than 2 years working experience in all solid state, lithium metal battery and other forward-looking technology research and product development is preferred.
- Have a deep understanding of the material system, electrode interface reaction, cell and manufacturing process level of the next generation of new batteries; be able to propose reasonable improvement plans based on cell performance and failure mechanism; be familiar with and track all kinds of subversive forward-looking technologies in the lithium battery field, and have unique opinions and judgments.
- Have solid electrochemical foundation, proficient in electrochemical characterization and various instrument testing and analysis technology, familiar with lithium ion battery material synthesis, cell manufacturing process, cell testing and cell analysis;
- Earnest, practical, strong sense of responsibility, independent learning ability, logical thinking and analytical ability, strong communication, coordination and team spirit, strong innovation ability, open and cautious to new methods and technologies.
