Job Summary:
Salary package: Basic $2800 - $3200 + VB
Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
Working location : Kallang
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming sales calls, emails and leads. Sourcing new leads from Tender Portals.
- Creating, compiling, and submitting tender documents.
- Assisting in preparing quotations and proposals for sales team.
- Providing all necessary administrative support, including the preparation of maintenance contract renewal notices and services sales reports to track renewals.
- Providing administrative support to the Marketing Team, with a primary focus on sales-related activities.
- Assisting in the development of marketing materials and projects/events related to marketing.
- Supporting the Head of Operations and MD in all other administrative matters.
- Assist to match supplier invoices with the necessary documents and key into the system Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline or A Level
- New entry welcome or min 1 year of working experience or max 3 years working experience entry welcome Knowledge of MS Office, Teams
- Able to work independently
