Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Organization’s quality plans.
Verify and rectify all customers’ non-conformance feedback.
Cooperate with team members and inter-department members within the Organization to resolve quality issues and implement ways to improve current processes.
Ensure all standards and guidelines are in compliance with the ISO 9001/ISO 14001
Participate in the internal and external audit and management review meetings as and when required.
Continuously facilitate the on-going improvement on quality / environmental matters.
Carry out other activities as assigned by immediate superior and/or management.
Training on current system, processes and Quality equipment will be provided
