Treasury application Production support engagement covering technical issues, services and environment monitoring and EOD Batch support for a leading Singapore based bank
Responsibilities:
Working as a Senior Point of Contact and Team Lead for our Treasury application BAU 24*7 support engagement covering 11 Major and critical applications across the Treasury platform:
- L1 application technical and functional support in production treasury application support environment
- Collaborate with different technology and business teams to resolve all the stability issues such as business days service restarts, EOD SLA delays and service failures to absolute minimum and targeting to zero incident
- Ensure all team members are following Incident, Change and Problem Management protocols as per Bank policies.
- Being Production support Team Lead by managing the Team and addressing Team bandwidth, ROTA and issues
- Introduce the Production support best practices and implement at the client site
- Weekly change request / production deployment review and management.
- To run the monthly client governance meeting and Manage regular interaction with the application end users and stakeholders management
Requirements
- 10+ years of strong experience in production treasury application support environment
- Past experience in playing the role of Support lead role and managing support team across the platform
- Strong experience in providing L1 & L2 application technical and functional support
- Good Knowledge on Treasury platform architecture and infrastructure
- Good Knowledge on SQL and Pl/Sql
- System backup's w.r.t UNIX and Database
- Excellent team collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Flexible in working in shift timings and over weekends
