Job Responsibilties:
- Responsible for projects management, planning and the design of Mechanical & Electrical building systems
- Meeting clients, permitting authorities & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys
- Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination
- Analyze, building computer models & selection of systems and evaluate project budgets
- Complete design documents & technical specifications
- Work Coordination with other teams as well as mentor junior staff
- Ensure the smooth completion of the project
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering accredited by Professional Engineer Board, Singapore.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering design work for building services
- Singaporean only
