JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- To receive incoming calls and log in support call in the support log in system.
- Assist with preparing quotation.
- Filing of finance invoices and maintenance contract
- Arrange courier for any parcel or document delivery.
- Assist in Level 1 support enquiries
- Any job functions to help the company function as a team that assigns to you.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or above.
- Time management & prioritization skills.
- Pro-active, meticulous and well-organized individual.
- PC literate with proficiency in MS Office.
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (Good verbal communication skills in Mandarin to handle queries, feedback and concerns from Mandarin speaking clients).
