· To study tender / construction drawings, specification, and contracts to understand project requirements.
· Prepare shop drawing submission to client & consultant for approval.
· Monitor drawing submission and follow up with client & consultant for timely approval of drawings submission.
· Material Submission to client for approval.
· Monitor material submission and follow up with client for timely approval of materials submission.
· To prepare AFM and submit for A&A project.
· To do (AFM) presentation with SMRT for A&A works.
· Plan and schedule work sequences for ACMV and TVS (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System, Tunnel Ventilation System) systems according to project schedule.
· Liaise with client (LTA) & CWC/SWC sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement.
· Perform site inspection and ensure that the works are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing authorities.
· To Co-ordinate with civil contractors and System wide contractors on CSD/SEM and resolve clashes prior to start work.
· To order equipment / material to respective suppliers based on the material approved list.
· To keep track, monitor and ensure equipment / material delivery timely to site.
· To arrange site survey with client / CWC / sub-contractors prior to start work to ensure site is ready for start work.
· To attend all Coordination meeting with LTA, Consultant and CWC/SWC
· To attend daily tools box meeting with supervisors, workers and Subcontractors abide to Safety, Health and environment rules and regulations.
· Check and sign daily permit for relevant works as per safety requirement.
· Arrange daily work schedule area by area for subcontractors according to project schedule.
· Ensure timely progress of work according to schedule and plans.
· Conduct daily site walk to ensure works are carried out according to specifications and latest approved drawing.
· Coordinate, liaise & communicate with client, consultants and CWC/SWC. Lead the subcontractors including site supervisors.
· Conduct daily progress meeting with Supervisors.
· Prepare daily work report based on daily progress and keep the record.
· To report if any incidents/accidents happened on work site to WSHO/CM/PM immediately. To report all site activity to Construction Manager / Project Manager.
· Update progress claim by weekly and submit to management for claim purposes.
· To arrange all site inspection with client such as material inspection, (pull-out test only for CD shelter and track area), pipe pressure test services installation and keep all the record with client sign.
· To update and reply those comments received from client and consultants on drawings.
· To prepare as-built markup drawing and submit to drafter once drafter completed as-built final check before submitting to client.
· To prepare Testing & Commissioning plan according to the project schedule. To attend RCP ceiling coordination meeting with CWC/SWC.
· To attend TFP/TOP meeting with LTA (Land Transport Authority), consultants and CWC/SWC (Civil Wide Contractor / System Wide Contractor).
· To prepare TFP/TOP documents such as FSC02, DOC and COC.
· To arrange inspection with LTA, SMRT/SBST as to hand over the respective system according to project schedule.
· To clear those comments received from LTA, SMRT/SBST after hand over inspection and call for re-inspection and hand over accordingly.
To monitor and maintain the system in good condition until (DLP) defect liability period
