Job Descriptions
- Responsible for receiving, delivery, storing, packing and/or unpacking of goods in right quantity and good condition
- Manage a fleet of vehicles to ensure the effective management of transportation of materials to site
- Space planning for incoming material and transit materials
- Work with delivery driver and/or assistant on all daily deliveries to assigned destinations
- Scheduling and coordination of company workers’ transportation matters
- Supervise and arrangement for manpower in order to maintain the day-to-day warehouse operations
- Supervise general housekeeping of the warehouse and driveways
- Perform daily documentation of the store for records and traceability
- Coordinate on quarterly stock take to ensure the correctness and condition of goods
- Scheduling for company vehicle for repair, maintain, inspection, etc.
- Oversees the warehouse/logistic assistant, supervise and assist on their daily warehouse activities
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level and above
- At least 5 years of working experience in operation of store management
- Specialised in inventory control/ material & warehouse management
- Possess Forklift license
- Proficient language(s): English & Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Able to work O/T
