Purpose:
We are looking for dynamic individuals to fill the role of an Operations Executive. As a member of the sales and marketing team, the incumbent will play an important role in contributing to the achievement of the company’s objective and vision to be Asia’s leading food company; providing quality products and services to the global market.
Scope of Work:
- Provide back-end operational support and coordinate with the frontline supervisors to ensure operational excellence across the stores
- Plan and execute various events such as marketing campaigns, food exhibitions etc
- Monitor and analyse market trends and demographics, perform sales analysis to provide recommendations to enhance the development of the brand
- Attend to phone/online customer enquires/feedback and uphold service quality
- Perform administrative duties to support the retail operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Passionate about retail and operations, has a good eye for detail
- Honest and Hardworking
- Motivated self-starter who is hands-on with a positive team-oriented attitude
- Independent, Dynamic and able to adapt to fast-paced operational environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
