Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Engineer who will be in charge of our ongoing Singtel projects & Pipe Laying works.
· Supervise the team to execute all pipes/fiber cable works in accordance with all established operation procedures and engineering instructions.
· Coordinates with various government agencies (LTA, Public Utility Board, Singapore Power Grid, Singapore Power Gas & Telco’s) regarding Singtel’s pipelaying and cable works for project management.
· Ensure to close the job properly in the Workforce Management System (WFM) and pipe coordinates, GPS and as-built records are accurate in GIS system.
· In charge of Singtel claim submission under Streamline and WFM.
· In charge of receiving PO under Ariba and requesting to revise the PO based on the actual quantity of work done & troubleshoot to receive the PO for failed purchase orders.
· Submission of quotations under Ariba for SingTel projects.
· Provide training, guidelines, manuals and SOPs to new staff.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering
· Minimum 12 years of experience as an Engineer in fiber cable works & Pipe laying works.
· Knowledge of Singtel/Net link fiber optic installation works & Pipe Laying works
· Good problem-solving and communication skills
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
