The Director directs all strategy and operations. He/She will be take charge of Singapore and China market. He/She does this with a team of senior management staff. He/She sets the vision and works closely with the team. He/She must ensure higher revenue and enough sales. He/She leads the management team to manage the various functional areas to maximise final performance. He/She must uphold quality standards, company brand image and values at all times.
He/She has to be innovative and transformative, while strategising to lead organisational growth and stay ahead of competition and trends, as well as to take advantage of opportunities.
He/She directs revenue maximisation by anticipating market shifts and development. He/She also monitors annual business and marketing plans. He/She carries out regular meetings with all Heads of Department and safeguards the quality of both internal and external operations.
He/She establishes and oversees employment and development of staff. He/She needs to converse regularly with the staff, along with the management team. He/She must have good communication skills. Finally, he/she has to motivate staff while enforcing high standards while enforcing high standards of services.
