MAIN PURPOSE
· The PR & Communications Executive will support the Head of Marketing to develop and implement Communications & PR strategy in South East Asia Oceania (SEAO) region, amplify brand visibility and promote Panerai’s corporate identity and mission.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand support – serves as the region liaison on adhering global brand guidelines and providing feedback to local markets
- Maintain press and KOLs relationship within SEA region
- Secure visibility and communications coverage with trade partners and mall landlords
PR
· Develop media and PR relations strategy to support product launches, local events, global experiences, and other brand initiatives
· Elaboration and implementation of PR plans
· Build up network with SEA press editors and media representatives
· Work with HQ for regional Press kit preparation and dissemination
· Manage media inquiries and interview requests
· Monthly PR evaluation monitoring & analysis (clipping evaluation)
· Watches & Wonders coordination: media list, planning, evaluation of PR coverage
· Organization, coordination, and participation for press trips
· Management of press Photoshoots logistics
· Media gifting (Occasion based / birthday)
Brand Communications
· Partner with Head of Marketing to maintain the annual local brand content calendar, while proactively support in identifying suitable partnerships & opportunities to amplify Panerai’s presence and SOV
· Partner with Mall landlords to create partnership tie-ups, request for mall visibility spaces and secure regular digital communications coverage to drive traffic
· Liaison with retail partners & distributors on marketing collaterals and communications.
· Creation of dedicated monthly landlord & dealers social media kits in collaboration with the Marketing and Wholesale teams
Retail Marketing
· Work with retail functions to create in boutique marketing communication elements (like assets creation and copywriting)
· Implement marketing communications to promote novelties, campaigns, activations or services in boutiques
· Execute strategies within the clienteling toolbox ensuring that all boutiques have communication assets and deliverables as needed to grow VICs program
A&P Budget Management
· Administer communication budget: Expenses, Invoicing, Payments
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US ?
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or PR field.
- Self-motivated, agile, ability to work autonomously.
- Fluent in English.
- Team player, creative and passionate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, desktop publishing and design software
- Organised, detail oriented and is able to multi-task.
