General Summary of Responsibilities
· Ensuring smooth operation and effective management of the estate
· Manage the service providers working in the building
· Generate reports on the maintenance status of the building
Specific Job Requirements
· Report and update to the clients on the status of the maintenance matters
· Assist in conducting meeting with clients and writing minutes
· responsible for the daily operation and administrative work which includes:
(i) Update SP list;
(ii) Update change of address;
(iii) Update master list.
· Conduct regular inspection on the development and maintain defect list
· Assist to supervise and manage all workers and service providers working in the development
· Collect administration fee / renovation fee / security pass
