Project context
Part of the Innovation Squad, you will Lead the design and deployment of Innovation products architecture to secure the reliability, performance, scalability, and maintenance of the services and therefore customer satisfaction.
Goals and deliverables
Key accountabilities: responsible for developing reference architecture, solution architecture, related standards, and architecture patterns and partnering with IT and business stakeholders to create business values across the value chain.
Understand business requirements
· Develop an understanding of the customer business, expectations, constraints, and opportunities
· Participate in technical analysis and architectural workshops with client architects, program management, and business/ technical analysts to translate new opportunities into full lifecycle product components and strategize their project implementations.
· Understand Alstom enterprise architecture, products and practices
· Identify key stakeholders and create a strong working network
Design the solution architecture
· Analyze and evaluate existing architecture and prescribe new technology upgrades and architectural solutions on cloud/on-premise platforms.
· Design a solution design that fulfills the business requirements
· Enable development and growth of products through proof-of-concept
· Leverage new partners and technology to build innovative and competitive solution
· Drive compatibility, interoperability, stability, and usability of recommended solution architecture
· Support team in business proposal
· Perform systems modeling, simulation, and analysis to ensure the soundness of the new solution
· Analyse the impact of a solution on the client’s overall business processes and systems to mitigate business risks
Develop technical roadmaps and support solutions implementations
· Design and lead the set-up of new development and production environments for the development teams
· Assist the development team in the end-to-end development, testing, and implementation of solutions
· Support risk identification and development of risk mitigation strategies associated with the solution implementation
· Foster continuous improvements in the design processes, models, and approach
· Support the analysis of the functionality and constraints of recommended solutions/changes across multiple systems/platforms/applications
· Develop architectural frameworks for innovative products
· Support client to resolve technical issues
Contribute to the Innovation strategy
· Build industry expertise and become a contributor to Alstom's innovation strategy
· Recommend adoption of new technologies and applications to optimize existing solutions
· Scout and test new solutions available on the market
· Grow the Innovation station ecosystem with new local partnerships and open R&D projects
