Are you a seasoned IT service Delivery Lead/ manager with a passion for driving successful Network related Automation Projects? Join our team and play a crucial role in delivering defined project objectives for one of the famous medium financial firms. As Singapore serves as a key APAC business hub for our client, they are rapidly but conservatively growing and expanding their business in the APAC region.
Day to day Responsiblites
- Organize and facilitate key routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
- Plan and coordinate delivery, ensuring effective collaboration and dependencies across various teams.
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
- Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and adherence to timelines.
- Gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership, focusing on delivery progress, risks/issues, and schedule.
- Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working closely with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Support resource planning for delivery and execution.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, interacting effectively at all levels.
- Ability to interact with business leaders, external vendors, and internal technology groups.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite and demonstrate solid experience in process release management.
- Can work unsupervised, being a self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proven experience in a similar role, showcasing successful project delivery.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong stakeholder management & communicaiton skills at all levels
