- Lead and organize WSH meetings, conduct sites inspection, audit and follow up on actions.
- Provide Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) support to the Project Team
- Plan, implement and maintain effective EHS management system at project sites.
- Conduct team / individual WSHE inspections and produce relevant reports and follow-ups
- Enforcement of safety standards in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act
- Ensure legal compliance as per statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular WSH inspections on general safety practices and audit to ensure that staff and/or subcontractors onsite abide by policies and standards
- Preparation and/or submission of safety reports and necessary audits
- Assist the company in safety related certifications and awareness such as safety audits, meetings, and executive of safety programmes
Job Requirements:-
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Building Construction Industry
- Possess relevant safety certificates (eg Advanced Certificate in WSH, Safety Officer's Course or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of Government Regulations relating to Occupational Safety Health and Environment
- Familiar with ISO 45001 documentation.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Proficient in MS office
