Manager: Involves management responsibility for a team of people or a specific location(s) within the business. Teams may include contractors and all categories of employees: Operational, Clerical, Mechanical/Electrical, Supervisory, Secretarial, Professional, Advisory and Deputy Management.
1. People engagement & empowerment: Developand implementstrategies to engage and empower employees which includes developing employee engagement programs, conducting employee surveys and focus groups, and addressing issues that may negatively impact employee engagement.
2. People communications: Align and manage HR communications plans/ releasesfrom all HR teams via various channels such as email and intranet.
3. People network & communities: Create and manage employee networks and communitiesto foster collaboration and engagement among groups of employees.
4. Governance & policies: Responsible for managing and updating the people policies which includes reviewing and revising policies as needed, and providing guidance and support to employees and managers on policy interpretation and compliance.
5. Culture Management: Drive and promote the organization's culture and values through various employee engagement and communication efforts, ensuring alignment with overall organization objectives.
6. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program management: Plans, organizes, directs, controls, fosters and supports the company's commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion by maintaining and enhancing a suitable environment and driving awareness through various programs.
