The Role:
As the IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and implementation of our software solutions and applications. Leading a team of business analysts and developers, you will ensure the successful execution of projects throughout their life cycles, managing stakeholder expectations, coordinating with internal departments and suppliers, and overseeing project finances.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and implementation of solutions and applications.
- Lead a team of business analysts and developers throughout the project development life cycle.
- Ensure each phase of the development life cycle is executed efficiently and all objectives are met.
- Manage stakeholder and client expectations effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to streamline project processes.
- Accountable for managing the scope, schedule, and resources allocated to the project.
- Oversee the project's profit and loss to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and 10 years of experience in IT, with strong problem analysis skills. Candidates with less experience may be considered for junior positions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Certification in project management such as CITPM or PMP is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing and proficiency in Java, .NET, or Web technologies would be advantageous.
