Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in the planning of required, allocated labour, materials, plant, transport and equipment.
- Review and monitor site construction activities programme to ensure work completed as scheduled.
- Study drawing, plans, specification and scope of work.
- Monitoring closely of construction work progress, materials, plant and equipment.
- Attend meetings with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor & consultant.
- Attend inspections with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor, consultant & client.
- Ensure quality standard and Safety Requirements are adhered to.
- Ensure safe working practices are carried out in accordance to local regulations.
