We are seeking a versatile candidate for a dynamic role that involves building and nurturing relationships with SME clients, selling various loan products (including SME loans, hire purchase loans, machinery loans, equipment loans, syndication loans and property loans).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients and prospects to expand business opportunities.
- Market and sell a diverse range of loans, including SME loans, hire purchase loans, machinery loans, equipment loans, and property loans, to both current and potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' financial statements, credit history, and other relevant information to assess creditworthiness and risk.
- Structure credit proposals and prepare comprehensive recommendations for management approval.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client needs and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry news, and changes in lending policies and regulations.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and analyses for management review.
Requirements:
- A recognized degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, specializing in marketing various types of loans, including property loans and equipment and machinery loans, to SME customers.
- Sales-oriented with a strong network of business contacts and a demonstrated ability to source and generate leads.
- Profound knowledge of MAS TDSR guidelines and a capacity to interpret financial statements.
- Possess strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach.
- An understanding of financial analysis is essential for this role.
- This position is non-commission-based.
- Transport expenses, mileage, and a handphone allowance are claimable.
