We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Solution Architect / Lead to join on a 1 yearcontract basis.
As an Oracle Finance Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, solution and technical expertise in requirement analysis, solution designing, implementing, configuration, testing, deployment and supporting Oracle Financials solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Analyze client requirements and business processes to design and architect Oracle Finance solutions that meet business needs and industry best practices.
- Provide expertise in Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Financial Consolidation Hub (FCH).
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to develop customizations, enhancements, and integrations with other Oracle modules or third-party systems.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower client teams and end-users in leveraging Oracle Finance capabilities effectively.
- Define best practices, standards, and guidelines for Oracle Finance solution architecture and implementation, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance requirements.
- Stay current with Oracle Finance industry trends, innovations, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and add value to client engagements.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members and contribute to the development of the Oracle Finance practice within Infosys.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field or Strong Finance/Accounting background (preferably CA)
- 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Solution Architect / Lead, with a proven track record of successful project implementations and client engagements.
- Good architectural & advisory skills
- Oracle EBS Experience
- Minimum 2-3 full life-cycle implementation on Oracle Finance
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials modules, configuration, and integration with other Oracle E-Business Suite modules and third-party systems.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Finance functionalities, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax management, and compliance.
- Experience in AP, AR, GL and FA with implementation and process related experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Oracle certification in Financials or related modules is preferred.
- Experience to lead finance module implementations independently.
